Bright ideas don’t have to cost the earth, the majority of our clients appreciate and prefer that we work on a pre-agreed fee model. Our first meeting is a no obligation exploratory session that enables us to listen to our client specific brief which allows us to identify ways in which we can make financial, operational improvements to their contracted out or in-house services. This methodology forms the basis for the vast majority of our business.
